At Wise Mind Psychotherapy, we focus on helping clients face fears, build psychological flexibility, and create meaningful change. We’re a small, growing practice looking for clinicians who value both autonomy and a supportive, collaborative environment.
We are currently seeking an Illinois-based licensed therapist (Ph.D., Psy.D., LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join the practice as a 1099 independent contractor providing telehealth psychotherapy to adults.
This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, flexibility, and evidence-based practice, and who enjoy working with motivated adult clients.
Compensation is a competitive per-session rate (discussed during the interview process), structured similarly to a 60/40 split depending on licensure level.

What We're Looking For

Fully licensed in Illinois and residing in Illinois

Experience or strong interest in anxiety, OCD, and perfectionism

Training or interest in CBT, ERP, and/or ACT

Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
